We want you to have a great stay! Here are a few things to know:
Booking Amounts:
- The full amount of the reservation will be charged upon booking. You can cancel your reservation within 30-days of your arrival.
- Security deposit (below) is due upon arrival and can be paid in cash in either Dominican Pesos or US dollars.
Security Deposit:
- $100 US for stays of 2-6 days
- $250 US for stays of 7-14 days
- $500 US for stays over 15-days
Services:
- Cleaning will be done once per week. If you’d like extra cleaning, please just ask. Charge is $25 US.
- Bed linens will be changed once per week. You can certainly have it more often! Charge is $20 US.
- Towels will be changed every two-days. For extra towel change: $10 US

Cabarete Beach is steps away. This 800 metre beach is perfect for watersports or just lazing the day away on the sand. As the sun sets, it transforms into a lively hub of activity, with beach bars, restaurants, and cafes coming alive with music, dancing, and delicious seafood.

Our ever popular restaurant, Front Loop is steps from your condo. Great for beachfront dining, happy hours, live music, and other events! You’ll get a 10% discount too! You can also walk down the beach to many other great restaurants. No need to rent a car.

Cabarete abounds with great services like supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, medical care and more. Everything is within walking distance or a short cab ride. Cabarete is a quaint town with a lively atmosphere and lots of fun things to do. La Reef has the perfect location.
